A clear understanding.
Know what you share when you start a conversation with PlanoMate.
Contact us about your informationWhen you send an enquiry.
The enquiry form collects your organization or project name, email address, area of interest, industry, any capital requirement you select, and your message. A submission reference and date are recorded with your enquiry.
These details are saved to support your conversation with the team. The confirmation tells you whether the enquiry was saved and whether an email notification was accepted. A saved reference does not confirm that someone has read your message.
Please share only the information needed to explain your question. Use the first conversation to agree how any confidential documents should be exchanged.
When you sign up for updates.
The newsletter form saves your email address, the consent wording you agreed to, and the signup date. Newsletter signup is separate from sending a business enquiry.
To withdraw your signup, email Info@planomate.pro from the address you registered and ask to unsubscribe.
When you introduce yourself.
The careers email link opens your email application. You choose which profile, CV, or other information to include. An introduction is an expression of interest in future collaboration, rather than an application to a listed vacancy.
Other websites and services.
Social links take you to external websites. Their own information practices apply when you visit them. Phone and email links use the applications configured on your device.
Questions, corrections, or removal.
Email Info@planomate.pro to ask about information you have submitted or to request a correction or removal. Include your enquiry reference, if available, and the email address you used. Avoid sending passwords or identity documents with your initial request.
